The 30mm fiberglass composite structural floor panel is seamlessly integrated into a unique monocoque design, providing exceptional resilience while keeping weight to a minimum—ideal for off-road adventures.

Every Tekton vehicle is purpose-built, with both the body and chassis designed, engineered, and manufactured independently, allowing for unparalleled performance and efficiency. The body of our vehicles is meticulously crafted for aerodynamic efficiency, delivering not just stunning aesthetics but also improved fuel economy, maneuverability, and towability. The Tekton composite 30mm body panels, which include walls, roof, and floor, are proudly manufactured in Australia using 25mm German XPS foam and premium Italian fibreglass sheeting.

At the core of our design philosophy is the unique monocoque/unibody construction, where each vehicle is built as a single sealed unit with no joins. This robust design ensures high energy and thermal efficiency, keeping your caravan warmer in winter and cooler in summer thanks to the superior insulation provided by our composite materials.

Unlike traditional caravans that rely on silicone for sealing, the Tekton features three major points of sealing using advanced automotive adhesives and sealants. This tried-and-tested method, utilised in the automotive industry, ensures high torsional strength and longevity while creating a durable bond between panels.

Our structural integrity is reinforced by the monocoque design, eliminating the need for internal cabinetry to support the body. Cabinetry is installed only after the body is complete, allowing for a more streamlined construction process. Once the panels are chemically bonded, we further seal the joins, enhancing the aerodynamic benefits of the vehicle and providing a sleek, cohesive appearance.

To protect your investment, all Tekton bodies are coated with a urethane protective layer that encompasses the exterior walls, roof, and floor. This tough, durable surface is scratch-resistant, dirt-repellant, and UV resistant, ensuring no deterioration or fading over time while providing additional sealing for the entire structure.
